Cookie Usage Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by the website toapartments.eu, which is operated by Business system s. r. o. (full identification details are on the Contact page).

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small files or similar identifiers stored on your device. Some are necessary for security and for the booking process to work; others are used to measure website traffic.

2. Categories we use

• Essential — remembering your language, an online guest registration in progress, attribution of a referral link and storing your choice in the consent banner. They are always active because the website does not function without them. Consent is not required for them.
• Analytical — Google Analytics 4, anonymous website usage statistics. They are activated only after your consent. Before consent is given, no Google script is loaded and no request is sent.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies and do not share data from this website with advertising networks. Specific cookies (name, purpose, provider and duration) are listed in the table below this text.

3. Legal framework

Storage of information on your device or access to it is permitted under Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications only with demonstrable consent. Consent is not required for technical storage whose sole purpose is the transmission of communication, or if it is absolutely necessary for a service you have expressly requested.

Consent is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. Refusing is just as easy as accepting — the panel offers "Accept all" and "Essential only" buttons with equal weight. Optional categories are not enabled by default and refusal does not block booking. Closing the panel without a choice is not considered consent.

4. Change and withdrawal of consent

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of each page. After withdrawing consent, optional scripts will stop loading. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

5. Third-party content

The map on the apartment page will load only when you open it. At that time, your IP address will be sent to the provider of map data so they can display the map to you. If you do not open the map, no such transmission will occur. We do not embed other third-party content (videos, chat, advertising widgets) on this website.

6. Consent record

Your choice is stored locally in your browser along with information about the category and time of choice. We do not store more data than is necessary to demonstrate consent. If the purposes or the providers change substantially, we will ask for your choice again.
